Good to know
The bedroom is located upstairs and is accessed via a relatively steep staircase. For families with children, stair gates are installed for added safety.
An accommodation with Astrid Lindgren history
The printing house is one of Villa Vimmerby's most unique accommodations and is approximately 75 m2 with up to 5 m ceiling height downstairs. The preserved brick walls, exposed beams and open floor plan give the house a character that is difficult to find anywhere else.
On the entrance floor there is a large kitchen, dining area, bathroom and sofa bed. Upstairs you will find the bedroom with a double bed and built-in bunk beds. Take the opportunity to read a bedtime story directly from the walls of the bunk bed which are wallpapered with pages from the book The Lionheart Brothers.
The accommodation is suitable for up to six people.
